– set recoils to left-click use
– set sapphire rings inventory tags for easy identification
– set NPC attack options to “always right click” (Yes, UIMs have wiped their graves here) If you have both noted sapphires and noted gold then just use Edgeville furnace. Otherwise, there are 2 decent methods:
Keldagrim method:
Buy Sapphires in the Dwarven Consortium and Gold Ore from the Blast Furnace, teleport to Falador for the furnace and teleport to the Grand Exchange for the minecart back to Keldagrim.
The method generates 240 rings per hour and requires 5 runes (Law Air Fire Water for teleports and Cosmic for enchantments so bring an elemental staff/tome if you can)
Mor Ul Rek method:
Buy Gold Ore/Uncut Sapphires from the shops and run to the furnace in the north.
Shop prices in Mor Ul Rek (on average, if buying out the stock): (with Karamja Gloves equipped) 1 chaos rune sold = 9 tokkul 1 uncut sapphire bought = 35 tokkul 1 gold ore bought = 218 tokkul
without noted supplies this method is probably 50% faster, and with noted gold about 400 rings of recoil per hour
